# Request Payout


After completing your account setup, wallet configuration, and generating your API key, you can request payouts from your merchant dashboard.

1. Navigate to the **Payout** section in your dashboard.  
2. Click **Request Payout**.  

3. Fill out the payout form:

- **Available Balance** – Displays your current balance.  
  *Example:* `$100.00`

- **Wallet Check** – If no wallet is set, you will see:  
  > *No wallet set. Please set your wallet address in Settings before requesting a payout.*

- **Amount (USD)*** – Enter the payout amount.  
  *Minimum:* $1

- **Network*** – Select the blockchain network for the payout.

- **Token*** – Once the network is selected, choose the token to receive.

- **Testnet Mode** – Optional: Direct payout without currency conversion (1 USD = 1 token).

4. Click **Submit Request** to initiate the payout.  
5. To cancel, click **Cancel**.


> **Note:** Ensure your wallet address is correctly configured in **Settings → Wallet Info** before requesting a payout. Incorrect addresses may result in lost funds.
