Request Payout - MaxelPay Guide V2

After completing your account setup, wallet configuration, and generating your API key, you can request payouts from your merchant dashboard.

Navigate to the Payout section in your dashboard.

Click Request Payout.

Fill out the payout form:

Available Balance – Displays your current balance.
Example: $100.00

Wallet Check – If no wallet is set, you will see:

No wallet set. Please set your wallet address in Settings before requesting a payout.

Amount (USD)* – Enter the payout amount.
Minimum: $1

Network* – Select the blockchain network for the payout.

Token* – Once the network is selected, choose the token to receive.

Testnet Mode – Optional: Direct payout without currency conversion (1 USD = 1 token).

Click Submit Request to initiate the payout.

To cancel, click Cancel.

Note: Ensure your wallet address is correctly configured in Settings → Wallet Info before requesting a payout. Incorrect addresses may result in lost funds.
